"First, I must give kudos to De, the valet. Even at the tail end of her shift, she was animated; whenever we saw her, she brought us joy with her awesome smile and eagerness to assist. We observed her helping all the guests with alacrity. At no point during her shift did De show signs of exhaustion - always full of energy. I’d say De deserves more than just a pat-on-the-back. Next, I was impressed by Michelle in the breakfast area. Fluent in English, prompt in responding to every request, efficient in every aspect of her duties (cleaning up tables and replenishing items on the counter) Michelle was poised and elegant. She exuded joy and confidence - a happy employee. This morning, Juliana offered to help before I could even make a request - very observant, efficient and unassuming. Last but not least, the front desk personnel were awesome. Brandon and Jeana were both very respectful, friendly yet professional. They welcomed us with smiles and offered to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Jeana urged us to return to the hotel and said she would look forward to seeing us again, soon. Even though the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean, I was unable to sleep the first night, and barely slept the second night because the room was very noisy due to the proximity of the highway; additionally , the AC was exceptionally loud off and on and loud most of the time. Noise from an AC in hotel rooms is not uncommon, but this unit was frequently too loud."

"Great spot close to everything and easy to get to interstate. De the valet is a quick person, literally ran for my car and pulled it up with heat blasting. Super nice person!"
