"Another great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The lobby and common areas were well-maintained and had a comfortable, modern feel. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space to relax and unpack. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s rest. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh. Overall, the hotel felt well cared for and consistently reliable. The staff truly stood out during our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, which we really appreciated after traveling. Any questions or requests we had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear the staff takes pride in providing good service and making guests feel comfortable. Their attention to detail made a noticeable difference. It’s always nice staying somewhere where you feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The location is another big plus. Being close to the Ontario Airport makes this hotel very convenient, especially for early flights or late arrivals. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, which makes getting around easy. Overall, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga continues to deliver great service and a pleasant experience. This has been another consistently enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future."

"We had a great stay recently for two nights. Shout out to front desk Yvette who was such a delight and a friendly face. We had a few issues with the key card not being able to unlock the door and she was patiently assisting us and offering me a beverage for the inconvenience. Location was quiet and convenient, just right across Costco and there were many restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the area. Also, amazing mountain views!!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. Loved the ledge to put my suitcases on it and the walk in closet was really useful to put away stuff and not have to hop over it. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. Near Ontario Mills mall among other things. Would recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay here. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I stayed 4 night in a business trip and would recommend. I usually stay at Marriott hotel as I find the chain is very consistent. From when I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist to the maintenance man who was very helpful in showing me where things were. Everybody was great. I rented a meeting space as well, and the meeting space was well organized, and very clean and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning consisted of a variety of cereals, breads, bagels, and a hot plate where the scrambled eggs were yummy. If I need to come back to Ontario California, I will definitely stay in this hotel again thank you for such a wonderful time."
