"First of all, to the lady at the front on our stay from Jan 25-26. You are the kindest and sweetest lady! Thank you for everything! This snow and ice storm has been crazy and a lot of people couldn't make it to work. You are amazing for staying and doing all you can for us travelers just trying to make it home. I know you were by yourself and were woken up all throughout the night to help guests, yet you still greeted us in the morning with a beautiful smile and warm heart. Just know that we see you and appreciate you very much! Give this lady a raise!!! Now about the room: Super cute! Very clean and cozy. When we are traveling for work, we don't need a ton of space. Just a bed and a shower. So this was perfect for us. Also we loved the heated mirror! We are very happy with our stay and the snow view was beautiful! If we ever come back through this way, we will absolutely stop stay again!"

"Didn't see any bugs, which is key. I chose this hotel based on price vs no bugs mentioned in reviews. If you are looking for a good value with no bugs, this is a great stay. Room decor is interesting, beds were fine, breakfast was as expected, staff was great. Everywhere feels slightly humid (and I say that as someone who lives near a lake in SC)"
