Super 8 by Wyndham Amarillo Central TX

"Stayed here for a free night with my Wyndham rewards, on 11/9. Met the owner, Mrs. Bhumika Desai-Patel. Super friendly nice lady that is business oriented and has an engaging personality. Got room #124. Standard amenities were available and whatever I used, worked. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a quiet evening and slept well. Breakfast was simple, but satisfactory. Angela from housekeeping and Mrs. Desai explained that the washer and dryer got a lot of use and I could tell its had it better days, but was able to complete my laundry. The hotel isn’t fancy, but I was content with my visit. Considering their competition in the area and noticing that a couple of competitors nearby had failed, this Super 8 continues to hold its own. I wish them well."

"Our first time to stay at this location. Really enjoyed the room. We felt welcome and not rushed at breakfast. Room was clean and fresh and not overly perfumed. Will definitely stay here again."

"My only complaint would be that if you check in online it's charges your card or it holds a small amount and so like in my case I called the hotel to make sure there All I needed was the amount for the room because my company was paying And it was enough just for the room then rewards tried to help by booking me at another hotel with points but that hotel didn't have any openings. so I've got a call today and I had to borrow the money for the room last night but I got to call today to get a refund on the points because they're only there from 8:00 to 9:00 at the rewards number and I got to figure out how to get a refund on the other room because the parcel payment had been paid"
