2 months ago"This was my second time staying here on a solo trip for a music festival. Once in March and for Halloween. Both times my stay was comfortable easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and the service was amazing. The Tall Gentleman behind the counter in formal wear, who was there both times, although he didn't help me this time, has Great Customer Service! I was hoping he was there and he was but he had a line of people. Hes definitely a good asset to the hotel. The location is good being right off the interstate, however theres not many places with a drive thru to eat nearby. I have Family in the area so most likely I will be back, and I will definitely be back next halloween!"

6 months ago"The front desk is so friendly. The place is very nice and quiet. There is fast food nearby the freeway. The housekeeping did not come to work on weekends. The breakfast is okay, but at least it was good. I would like to come again"

7 months ago"Got to our room to find the door difficult to open with the key cards. There were no towels, no coffee, or cups. When I asked for shampoo I was told the were out and it wouldn’t be there for another three days. Ice machine on the ground floor was out of order. The only working one was on the 3rd floor. Continental breakfast was Meh but the oatmeal was good. We picked this place because the location was good for us. There seemed to be little interest in our comfort. Come on SureStay be better."
