3 months ago"Comfy beds, nice rooms, decent breakfast. People who work there are great. I had a small issue with something and FAITH at the front desk made sure to take care of it immediately. You can tell she really cares about people and it is so nice to see."

2 weeks ago"This place is very nice kept clean, we did have an issue with them having to work on the water for a couple days where we didn't have water. We extended our stay for three more days and our key didn't work on the original day we were supposed to check out so we had to go to the front desk to get our key to work again even though we had extended it. The cleaning service lady doesn't speak a lick of English which was very frustrating because she's knocking at our door early before we were even supposed to check out. We don't know what to say to her so we have to use our phone to translate which is kind of ridiculous. How is it they get hired without speaking any english? They should be able to speak a couple words of English to understand what we're saying to them that's not fair. Overall this place is pretty decent but there is some minor annoyances. If you're checking out at 11:00 you shouldn't have to worry about anything until 11:00."
