"I had an amazing stay at Swissotel Chicago. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and stress-free. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered incredible views of the city. The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and restaurants, were impressive and convenient. I loved the central location, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Every interaction with staff was friendly and professional. This hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers."

"Deserving of the 5/5 rating that I am giving. It's definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed at. Rooms are large, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable. Due to its location in downtown, the views from the hotel are picture worthy. Right by Navy Pier which can be seen from the hotel windows. Dozens of options when it comes to fine dining + are in walking distance. The hotel itself also has multiple restaurants and exceptional room service. In addition, their customer service deserves a special mention separately. Very quick, very capable and very easy to work with. The staff was eager to help and eager to solve any problems that a customer may have. Definitely worth the price. Usually at this point of the review, I would add any negatives that I may have experienced, however, in this case they really aren't any that I can think of. I extended my stay here by a couple of nights because of how comfortable/relaxing it has been. I will add some pictures to this review as well which may help in understanding my review better."

"I totally loved the hotel. The view was amazing. The room was nice, airy, spacious, great bedding. But you can find those things in most good hotels. On the other hand the service…. It was something else. There are two people I want to praise the most - Simona, who went out of the way to offer the room with the best view and was exceptionally nice and courteous and Bernard. The information I got from Bernard was invaluable. He took his time to explain, point out, and help with reservations. Thanks to Bernard I got on the best architectural cruise in Chicago ever. It is great that despite our digital world people are still making the experience the best"
