It is the actual Hotel not a copy. The woodwork and the floors and the molding are so beautiful. The staff was informative and so friendly we were impressed. If you want to see real 1926 details this is a spot you will love. I recommend it highly."

If things like flickering bulbs, creaky floors and dusty blinds bother you, I'd pass, but if you like staying in cool places with a unique vibe, go for it. Can also be a little creepy, but only in the best sense of the word. Like sn elevator full of blood would fit in just fine! The area is a little removed from downtown but it's got plenty of food options and seemed perfectly safe to me. The price was also quite reasonable."

The gorgeous wood floors throughout and the decor gave me a feeling that I was not just given a place to sleep, but an experience. It was built in 1927 and although I didn't see any, I imagine there were some ghosts hidden somewhere on the property. I travel a LOT for work and stay in mid-level hotels all over and mostly get polite and professional from the staff. Here, I enjoyed the spirit of hospitality and truly felt like a guest, rather than just a transaction. A lot of this is because the general manager, John-Michael, sets the tone with his friendly, calm style. The Keurig coffee maker in the room was a nice way to start my day before facing the day. I didn't use the microwave, but the fridge was great for my beverages and restaurant leftovers. The front desk staff and Stephan in the bar were personable and made me feel welcome. I even stayed an extra day in Tulsa because I was having such a nice time. My only regret is not having found this place sooner."

From the outside, the hotel does not fully reflect how stunning it is inside. The interior is gorgeous and full of historic charm and character. The dual shower, whirlpool tub, and elegant canopy bed created a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. During our stay, the heat in our room was not functioning. We contacted the front desk, and while the staff was helpful and attempted to troubleshoot, the issue was not immediately resolved. We were advised that switching rooms would be a downgrade due to being in the suite and that a credit would need to be discussed with management. Extra blankets were offered, and eventually, a different remote was brought to the room, which resolved the issue around 1:30 a.m. Additionally, the coffee mugs in the room were not clean. I went downstairs to request disposable cups, which were provided. As this is an older building, the floors were also quite loud, and the placement of the marble tables close to the bed required extra caution. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance, unique charm, and amenities made the stay enjoyable. With a bit more attention to comfort details and housekeeping, this property could easily be a five-star experience. As a travel agent and event planner, I know how much small details matter, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests."
