3 weeks ago"Brandi at the front desk is very polite and welcoming. The hotel is quaint especially over the holiday season. Rooms are clean. Not much walk around space. Jacuzzis are big. Beds are comfy. Quiet, secluded area."

4 months ago"Don’t believe all the horror story reviews. Went yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday. I surprised him with a getaway overnight. Check in was fast & easy. Directions to the room were simple. The room was clean, bedding clean. NO bugs seen at all. Jacuzzi was immaculately cleaned & worked great. Steam shower WORKED wonderfully. Customer service was great. The bed was comfortable & the whole experience was so relaxing and romantic we absolutely loved the experience. We didn’t want to leave & wished we had booked another night there. It could be updated, however overall the experience was great. They do have a 100$ deposit that you get back, so we will see if I get it back like others complained they didn’t. However we left the room in the exact same condition as it was when we arrived as when we left. Overall go for it! If you need an easy accessible getaway with an intimate experience and relaxing vibe, try it."

2 months ago"I really enjoyed my stay at the Champagne Lodge & Luxury Suites! The hot tub was perfect for 2 and the shower was big as well! Bed was comfortable. Room was warm or cool if needed! I absolutely will be back! Great for a getaway when you need one! With someone, or alone!"

a month ago"I ended up staying here in during a business trip when the hotel I originally booked down the road overbooked and didn't have a room available when I arrived. For the business traveler it did a fine job meeting my needs. That said, for couples, this looks to be an incredible getaway option. The room they gave me actually had an in-room pool. I never go swimming in hotel pools, but since this one was right in the room I figured, why not? Though it's not the hotel I originally booked for my trip, it was a pleasant surprise. It was right down the road from my meetings and the neighborhood had plenty of dining options. It's a little further out of the major Chicago tourist destinations, but if you're planning to stay in the area it's a good choice."
