The staff greeted us warmly and the lobby was so beautifully appointed with an ART DECO elegance and a baby grand piano in the lobby that they let me play. (As a pianist this just made my stay even more delightful!). The rooms were of generous size, beautifully appointed with the same art deco decor (which i just loved!). I really appreciated the attention to detail of the house keeping staff. The room was so clean. I hope my company continues to use this lovely hotel because I really want to stay here again!"

The rooms are a very decent size. However, there is a lack of light in the room, including the bathroom. When I got up to my room, it was freezing cold. I tried my best to get the heat to work but it just was not doing anything. So I had to call downstairs. They brought me up a blanket, and the maintenance engineer came up and fixed the heating problem. I was really appreciative of that. There was great hot water pressure, and these are very decent beds. They slept really well. I would definitely stay here again."

Unfortunately we waited over 30 minutes to get checked in and with small children thats a ticking time bomb... The janitor even went looking for help twice. While we were waiting a line started and multiple people walking around were also looking for help. Then when the clerk did come to the desk the flight attendants that came in after us were checked in first so we had to wait for all of the crew to be done. By then we were exhausted and hungry but room service closed right when we got to the room so we went to the restaurant in the lobby.. again cute and cool vibe but a limited menu. Rooms were clean and the halls were quiet, huge plus. We plan to stay here again and see if we get a different experience, not bad, but expected more from what we researched and paid."
