The Ellison, Oklahoma City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

"My first time staying at this part of the Marriott family. I was very impressed. As soon as I got to my room I received a text from Jasmyn asking if everything was ok with my room and if I needed a reservation at the restaurant. I was impressed with the customer service. The room was exceptionally clean. It came with robes and slippers. Shower was amazing. I take a very hot shower and most hotels don’t get hot enough. This was perfect and the dual heads were a bonus. The towels are “beach” size which is fabulous. Only complaint was that I ordered room service and was quoted 20 minutes. After 40 I hadn’t received my meal yet. I called down inquiring and was told the restaurant got busy and it would be another 10-15 minutes. When the meal was finally delivered Brittany advised me they were not going to charge me for my troubles. So, even though it’s a complaint they made up for it. Mac n cheese was really good."
