The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and well-located, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Isaiah at the front desk deserves special recognition. He was incredibly kind, understanding, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. His professionalism and warmth made check-in smooth and set the tone for the entire stay. Customer service like that is rare these days, especially in Los Angeles, and it did not go unnoticed. This was my second stay here, and once again the staff went above and beyond. It’s refreshing to return to a hotel where hospitality still feels personal. Five stars all around — I’ll absolutely be back."

a month ago"Great stay that exceeded expectations! We were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable valet, front desk and bar staff. Our room was modern and well-appointed. Bed and bath were comfortable and clean. Large rooftop bar with amazing views, ambiance and pool area. Details like fast elevators, good towels and black-out shades added to the easy vibe"

3 months ago"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and well kept. The keys need improvement as the doors can be very hard to open at times. We enjoyed our included breakfast with the lounge access and thought the breakfast, wait staff, and bar staff were all great and friendly. The front desk staff at check-in was not as friendly and left a bad first impression. If you are bringing your own car you can expect to pay $100+ extra per day between the mandatory valet parking and resort fees and taxes. The hotel has great views from the rooftop and clean facilities."

a month ago"I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to return to at the end of busy days exploring LA. The only downside is I could hear the street pretty well despite the complementary earplugs. I still would recommend, though. The staff was great, especially the people at the restaurant in the morning."
