"I just wanted to say that this is a very special place. It is very eclectic and definitely a positive experience from start to finish. The best part I will have to say, was the professionalism and confidence Daniel held while dealing with our request. He was outstanding !! He listened, was understanding, and quickly responded to our request. He got the job done and made it look easy. So from just my experience with Daniel I give this place 5 stars. "The Haas is easy as we travel with my elderly mom, blind dog and family. The rooms are spacious with amazing bathrooms, great city views, multiple tvs, walk-in closets for storing clothes (keeping the rooms tidy), full kitchens and walking distance to Grand Central Market, Bottega Louie, Perla, shopping, Whole Foods, etc. It's 10 minutes from USC (Go Trojans), LA Live, etc. The parking structure is across the street with ample parking and only $25/ day without needing to pay gratuity each time. The front desk staff are really great and super helpful. Yes, there is some city "grit" near the hotel and a small scattering of homeless roaming around but the area feels safe to walk and is the reality of urban life."

"The staff made sure that my needs were met despite having to cancel my first day due to airline rescheduling. Naomi was extremely has helpful. At check in Jovana handled everything with ease. Great team and loved the hospitality. The rooms are spacious and I enjoyed the eclectic neighborhood."

"Positive: the hotel has very nice rooms on the 11th floors the penthouse. Very spacious rooms with kitchen two bedrooms and two showers. Very nice views. Other: the room seems to be a little cold but it has a heater. It is a little noisy down below until very late but it’s expected because it’s down town LA. Parking needs to planned if you arrived late. There is no parking at the hotel… it’s only at public parking."
