Williams itself adds to the magic, and the hotel’s location makes it easy to enjoy everything, strolling Route 66, browsing charming shops, enjoying great food, and soaking in the peaceful mountain-town atmosphere. "When I saw the pictures of this hotel and read its been around since 1800 I was sold. But what amazed me was I absolutely got delighted by the atmosphere, the decore, the friendly staff. I stayed in the carriage house room 3 and loved it!! Jacuzzi tub, fire place, writing desk, king bed. I stayed two days due to a snow storm and next time I come threw Im going to stay a week. I think this is my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They are absolutely the nicest staff I've ever met, warm, accommodating, friendly and down to earth."

"This was a great boutique hotel in an area with many chains. Definitely historic as many of the renovations and upgrades were done to preserve the feeling from the original hotel. If you are looking for an experience, this would be it. Does not have a mini fridge or microwave in the room, and many rooms don't have TV's either. But that's ok, I can stream on the excellent wi-fi and I believe I saw a small microwave and ice in the corridor leading to my room. Service by the staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. I did not partake in the continental breakfast, but nice to know it was there."

"Such a cool hotel. We stayed in room 3 which was a room without a tv. It was like we travelled back in a Time Machine. The shower is very modern and updated which was nice. The rest of the room felt extremely old while still being VERY comfortable. My wife and I loved our stay. If you are interested in a piece of Arizona history I cannot recommend staying here highly enough."

"Everything about our stay was spectacular! Check-in went swiftly and the front desk was super helpful. They had great suggestions and tips for what to do as well. The entire hotel is renovated, and it is so pretty. You truly feel like you’re in a historic site. I’d recommend this to my family and friends for sure."
