"Discovered this off the pet friendly website while traveling cross country. Took a chance and are we glad we did. Very easy to get to right off the highway. Very clean, large and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Nice, if not a little quirky bathroom and kitchen. Nice dog area. Enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our rooms rooms. Really enjoyed our stop here."

"What a gem! Stayed here on our cross country trip. Rooms were super clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet! Check in was easy and the location (right off the i40) was convenient. The hotel is recently remodeled so everything was new and the amount of details they thought of when building this out is apparent. Brand new tempurpedic mattress (king size) made for a great nights rest. The pet policy was also reasonable (keep them off the beds and sofa) and a small fee. We traveled with our dog bed so that wasn’t an issue and they have designated “pet friendly” rooms which were located away from the highway entrance and close to the green space. Would definitely recommend!"

"Highly recommend!!! Seriously, you won’t be disappointed!! We were traveling through and were lucky enough to find this absolute gem to stay at! It’s beautifully restored, extremely clean, quiet and is well lit. The room we stayed at is like brand new and decorated mid-century style (very cute!), has a super comfortable bed - we both slept great - and the shower is a fun experience with the rain shower head. It has a full size fridge and freezer which was perfect for us to refresh ice packs. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They even have room service for breakfast!! I wish we were able to stay longer because it’s such a nice place, and is so unique, but we will absolutely stay here when we travel through again."

"The renovated lobby and rooms of this longtime hotel just off of I-40 in Shamrock, Texas is stunning! Pictures don’t do the large and comfortable rooms justice. We loved the bed, the full sized fridge, the cool lights and the shower with plenty of hot water in our room. Breakfast was delivered to our room. Pets are welcome and there is a large park and pet area. The hotel also has a restaurant on location. Rachel, the hotel’s manager, provided exceptional service both before and during our stay. She went “above and beyond” to ensure that we enjoyed our two day stay."
