This was our first time staying there and we got there early, and Mayra took care of us! What an absolute sweetheart. The room was gorgeous. Such a great ambiance as well. They also called and asked if we wanted the option of a late check out, which we did. I will be staying here again!!! What a great experience!"

The hotel is close to shopping and sightseeing and on the corner is the wonderful pub O'tools. Great food and drinks. Definitely will be staying here again."

In our room was a birthday card, and when we returned from dinner, there was a bottle of champagne. The room was superb, clean, and most comfortable. We checked out with Mayra who was so pleasant as well. We will definitely be coming back"

The lobby feels warm and welcoming, and complimentary hot chocolate is provided, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator wall design is also quite unique. As soon as you enter the room, it feels clean, comfortable, and modern. The room is well equipped and cozy. The bathroom features a multifunctional shower with strong water pressure, which was very satisfying. Overall, it was a great stay. The only downside is parking, which can be a bit inconvenient. You have to use paid street parking or nearby parking garages, and the cost is relatively high."

I didn’t get the gentleman‘s name who checked me in, but he had a very nice necklace that was made of different types of stones, He was very nice and professional. We were there for New Year’s Eve celebrations, and we overslept the next day, which was checkout for us and they did extend our checkout time. The only things that I didn’t like were that the television in the bathroom mirror didn’t work, the refrigerator was full with their items. Therefore there was no room for me to put the couple of items that I had in there. And I didn’t like the fragrance they use in the lobby, which is kind of petty, but other than that, I love the hotel. I will stay there again"
