The Kendrick Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"Exceptional Service and Great Amenities! We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean, kid-friendly, and although there was a small renovation happening, it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. The Staff are Superstars: Expedia actually canceled my reservation without telling me, but the front desk staff saved the day! They were absolute superstars and were able to set me up with a replacement room on the spot. The Room & Amenities: The beds were soft and the water pressure in the shower was great. I was impressed by the amenities—they provide things you don't always see these days, like a full-size ironing board, mini-fridge, microwave, and a great selection of cable channels. Location & Convenience: • Dining: Having the restaurant attached to the hotel was so convenient; being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner after a long day of travel was a huge plus. • Lobby: The hot water/latte machine in the lobby was excellent for an early morning coffee fix or hot tea. • Travel: Its two minutes away from the North Pole Experience, right next to a gas station for last-minute items and very close to the freeway ramps. (Note: Turning left to get back to the freeway can be a little tricky, but the proximity is great for getting around!) Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped, and very welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel layout gave us more privacy than expected. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My family and I felt welcome from our arrival until our departure. I really liked the water bottle refill and coffee/hot chocolate amenities. Great view and convenient location. Thank you!"

"Stayed here for one night with my family. The room was clean and well maintained, and the service was good. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available at the front desk, as well as the mini bottled waters you can request. I rated the room four stars mainly due to the noise from the floor above us. We could clearly hear footsteps past 10:00 p.m., which made it difficult to fall asleep. The noise eventually stopped after 11:00 p.m., but it did affect our overall comfort that evening. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a minor noise issue."

"Decent hotel for the price. The heating in the room was wonky - either on and too hot, or off and too cold. We had a nice view of the mountains behind the hotel. Super clean, pool and hot tub were nice. They are still renovating, but that didn't affect our stay."
