A special shoutout to Christopher — he was an absolute delight. Super helpful, patient, and genuinely kind the entire time. Little things like that make such a big difference when you’re traveling. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, clean, and the vibes were on point. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

a month ago"I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel to celebrate my birthday! The room was glamorous and big! The staff were so nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar is so cool and food and drinks were amazing. Jose the bartender was so funny and awesome! I already want to come back!!!"

a month ago"Really great stay. Accidentally created the reservation for the wrong night, but they still gave me a room when we showed up for no additional cost. The front desk was very accommodating overall. Room and view was great too, right by the Willis Tower. Would highly recommend."

2 months ago"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The lobby is a tad small and took us a second to find our check-in desk. I was pleased with the room we were in. It had a nice view, a comfy bed, and a decent amount of space. The bathrooms products were also really nice, compared to other Marriott hotels. The front desk and kind and helpful. We had no major complaints. Not even the train, but then again, we were on the top floor. Although, one small thing popped up: we couldn’t find ice on our floor. It is on the 6th floor, just to the right side getting out of the elevator. We had a good time here."
