The hotel itself is super clean and unique. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The upstairs outdoor bar and indoor bar was closed at the time, but what a cool setup! Shame they didn’t have anything going on. Would have loved to enjoy those areas. Room was clean, bed was cozy, blackout window shade made me sleep in. Late check out. Across from guitar center. Free coffee. Nothing negative to say. Reasonably priced and location is on point. 5 solid stars"

The room was small and there was a lot of street noise at night. It was clean but definitely had seen better days. The rooftop bar and interior bar were both not in use. It struck me more as a 3 star hotel than 4 star given the amenities and the price was a bit on the high side compared to comparable places I've stayed."

The aesthetic, cleanliness and modernity of the room is refreshing. They provide enough toiletries and have a 24/7 staff you can text. I didn’t give five stars as I was not a fan of their pillows as they provided no neck support and walls are quite thin and I could hear people walking down the halls and some outside life. Do NOT manually pull their blinds.. these have to be operated via the switch by the bed. If you pull their blinds, you might cause it to not work.. then you’ll attempt to be sleeping with the bright city lights coming through your window like I did. I feel like posting the informative sign by the windows instead of by the door would be more helpful. I didn’t get great sleep here but I was very comfortable!"
