"The entire property has a really cool vibe and the design throughout the building is impressive. The Grand Hall is especially beautiful and gives the hotel a unique feel. Our room was very nice and the shower stood out as one of the highlights. Everything felt comfortable and well done. There was a slight vinegar type cleaning smell, but it was minor I suppose. One of the best parts of staying here was the location. We barely had to drive anywhere. It’s close to the OKC arena where the Thunder play and Bricktown is right there as well. There’s also a nice park and garden area nearby for a good walk. Overall it was a really enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back."

"We have stayed here several times while passing through to go to Dallas and we love it more each time we do. The interiors are sophisticated and high-end, feeling more like a five-star hotel in London or NYC than the Midwest. We stayed at another nice hotel in Dallas and were disappointed because this place sets the bar so high. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is so nice, and the atmosphere is unmatched (especially during Christmas). Love all the decorations! There is so much to do right inside the building between the bars and restaurants that you almost don't want to leave. 10/10 experience. Will be back to stay and go to an OKC game soon just because we love it so much and the Thunder are crushing it! Thank you to all the staff at this hotel."

"Absolutely one of my favorite hotels ever. The customer service is better than the Ritz. Nathan, at the front desk, always goes above and beyond for me. He takes great care of me and provides shower steamers, face masks, and always escorts me to the elevator. There was an error with the room key and he ran up to greet us before I even had a chance to call down to the desk. If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would."

"Honestly, the Autograph Collection Hotels have been hit or miss with us over the past year as we traveled the country. Some very nice, others a let down. This one was a nice surprise. We got the Presidential Suite and it was very nice. Huge room with two bathrooms. Large separate dining area and living room. Nice sized bedroom and master bathroom. Lots of closet space. Room was very clean and smell-free. Bed was comfy enough. The lobby area was still very nicely decorated for Christmas even through it was middle of January. The valet staff was nice and prompt. The front desk staff was also nice and promptly provided a few items that we requested. Our only complaint was there was a huge gap in the double doors that look into the living room from the hallway. Anyone walking by the suite going to the elevator could easily see through the crack. We stuffed washcloths in the cracks to cover it up. Other than that, the room was great. I probably should ding them a star for the door crack but I didnt because otherwise, it was a nice stay."

"Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The front desk staff at check-in was very friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful and elegant and includes some of those "extra" touches. The bathroom was gorgeous, but the lighting was terrible. Even with all lights turned on, it was like being in a dim cave and applying makeup was challenging. Our shower also had a leak that seeped out under the door and all the way into the carpeted bedroom. A plus was the noon check-out. We had brunch at Teller’s at 10 a.m., giving us plenty of time to return to the room, collect our things, and check out. However, we returned to our room at 11:30 and the keys no longer worked. We had to go back down to the front desk where we were told they stopped working because “it was getting close to check-out time”. They did reactivate the keys, but it makes no sense to deactivate keys prior to check-out. We noticed the guests two doors down had the same issue."
