The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating that made for a perfect weekend atmosphere. The service was exceptional — attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was good - with a nice mix of classic brunch items and a few international touches. The Peninsula’s brunch is perfect for a special occasion or just a luxurious weekend indulgence. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a top-tier brunch experience in a truly elegant setting."

a month ago"Our staycation at The Peninsula Beverly Hills was nothing short of extraordinary and truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. We recently spent several nights at The Peninsula New York over New Year’s, right in the heart of Manhattan near Saks and Rockefeller Center. We have also previously stayed at the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton, so we have high standards. After such an exceptional NYC experience, we decided to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a stay at the Peninsula in Beverly Hills, and somehow it exceeded even those expectations. From check in to check out, everything was first class. The service was flawless, and the hospitality felt genuinely warm and sincere. Marcelo, the Front Office Assistant Manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Another female front desk associate personally showed us to our room, which immediately set the tone for a thoughtful and elevated stay. One detail we absolutely loved was the embroidered pillowcases with our initials, which we were graciously allowed to take home. It is those next level touches that truly distinguish the Peninsula experience. The birthday cake prepared for my wife was delicious and incredibly thoughtful. We booked through Chase and received a room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. Afternoon tea was elegant and memorable. Eric, our server who has been with the hotel for 16 years, was energetic, passionate, and a joy to interact with. Wow. If you want to know what service is like go see him. At one point, Eric told us that serving us was actually his break, implying that he was having so much fun with us, which made the experience even more meaningful. The chocolate tea was so good that we ordered an extra teapot. Later, we returned to the Living Room for coffee accompanied by live piano. Antonio, also with the hotel for 16 years, was phenomenal. He played all our favorite songs including My Way, New York New York, America the Beautiful, and What a Wonderful World. My wife tipped both Eric and Antonio fifty dollars each and even tried to order a drink and dessert for Antonio, which he graciously declined. Antonio mentioned that he plays Friday and Saturday evenings, which is absolutely worth planning around. Miles, the bellman, was also friendly and welcoming. I could truly go on and on about why this hotel is so special, and that says a lot considering we have stayed at multiple five star properties just in the past few weeks. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Beverly Hills. We had lunch nearby at a fantastic seafood restaurant where you can choose your own fish to be cooked, which reminded me of Italy and its incredible fish and pasta combinations. My wife has previously visited the Peninsula Beverly Hills with her florist friends for afternoon tea and spa treatments, and now I completely understand why. I even went for a swim during this stay. Despite the cold weather and the rain approaching, the pool was perfectly warm, another example of how well thought out everything is. My wife is already talking about returning for a Valentine’s Day staycation. Simply put, this place is incredible."

Every member of the staff displayed genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism, ensuring that every detail of our visit was handled seamlessly. The service here is truly world-class and reflects a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. The property itself is a serene oasis in the heart of Beverly Hills. Despite being so close to the city’s energy, the Peninsula feels tranquil, private, and perfectly suited for relaxation. The attention to detail is remarkable—every corner of the hotel exudes elegance, and the entire experience feels thoughtfully curated. The rooms are chic, spacious, and impeccably designed, combining modern sophistication with timeless comfort. From the luxurious linens to the beautifully appointed furnishings, each element enhances the feeling of understated elegance. It is clear that nothing is overlooked in creating a serene and indulgent environment for guests. What truly makes this property stand out is the way everything comes together the outstanding service, the serene atmosphere, the thoughtful details, and the stylish accommodations. After our experience, The Peninsula Beverly Hills has undoubtedly become our new favorite place to stay in Beverly Hills. Thanks to the valet and door staff who were remarkable, the concierge who accommodated all of our requests including conducting a photo shoot for my significant other, and arranging the house car to take us to dinner. The pool was quiet and fun and the gardens really beautiful. We cannot wait for a return visit."

Sadly service has declined significantly over the last 5 years. Especially concierge — extremely rude lady. Treated our group and my wife so bad. Unfortunate — we booked 2 suites and 3 rooms for our group. Breakfast staff amazing though!"
