Some of us stayed at The Plainfield Inn and were so happy with the beauty of the place and the cleanliness of it. Everything is updated and pristine! The beds are comfortable. Justin was very kind to get our group in the same building! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay within walking distance of downtown shops and bars. It will surpass your expectations!"

9 months ago"We stayed at the Plainfield Inn for our wedding at the Sanctuary and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Booking the entire S Building was definitely the right move—each room was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a private bathroom in every room was such a nice touch. Our guests loved it just as much as we did. The staff was kind and welcoming, and Justin was especially fantastic to work with—helpful, responsive, and easygoing throughout the process. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be a full-sized kitchen fridge, but everything else was truly perfect!"

7 months ago"This was our second time staying at The Plainfield Inn on 6-28-25, and I will say we had a much better experience this time. Very homey and clean, updated rooms and such a convenient location to all the shops and restaurants downtown, not to mention how much more affordable it is compared to chain hotels. We would be happy to stay here again in the future."
