Spacious comfortable clean and inviting. Today is my first stay but it definitely will not be the last. The Preston is a restaurant in the hotel as well as the Chase. The Chase is more for the sports bar and grill enthusiast. The Preston is medium fine dining. Wanted to try the Scallop Ceviche but they were out until 730. OMG! There is a whole movie theater inside the Sonesta that runs multiple showings of current films throughout the week!! $14 gets you popcorn drink and movie!! Better than Netflix and chill😌"

I travel extensively for work, nationally and internationally and I will say this hotel and its staff are no hesitation top 5 in my experiences. You can find other 4 star or 5 star hotels in St. Louis but let me tell you what makes the Chase Park Plaza special, the people. this staff is truly incredible. My first visit was great however this last week at the Chase Park Plaza leaves me just a little sad that I am on to the next. I want to thank the front desk staff, the team there made sure I was taken care of with an executive suite on their top floor which alone is incredible and I implore everyone to experience that kind of stay especially at the Chase Park. The hotel is stunning, historic, and comfortable. With on site parking in a covered garage, 3 AMAZING restaurants. And again I can not stress enough how much I adore the staff of this hotel. From the 2 young ladies who checked me in to Rhonda in restaurants, Madeline at the Preston located in the hotels lobby…. This hotel and staff have left an everlasting impression for me making St. Louis feel like a home away from home."

The Tenderloin room is a great place for excellent service and steaks. The rooms are nice and clean but the furniture and feel is a little dated. The bathrooms are OK but probably can't really be updated much due to the layout and age of the building. My kids enjoyed staying there because we had a 2 bedroom suite, the pool is nice, and they enjoyed seeing a movie at the theater. It is a great place with a lot of history, just wish it could be updated a little more and all of the areas of the hotel could be utilized, maybe would have a little more energy about the place. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating."
