"The room was very nice, clean & spacious, the lobby was very clean, set up nicely & warm during an extremely cold weekend, very accommodating even brought us up a microwave upon request. All of this while being in a great location with great views & within walking distance from everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Chicago!"

"Excellent stay with outstanding service We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very well prepared and thoughtfully arranged. We stayed in a high-floor corner room with a beautiful river view. The corner windows offered an almost 180-degree panoramic view, allowing us to enjoy stunning scenery from multiple angles. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the room feel open and special. Room service was prompt and efficient throughout our stay, which added greatly to our overall comfort. I would also like to especially mention the front desk staff member, Josh. He was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He recommended Wildberry for breakfast, which turned out to be one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in the area. His thoughtful recommendations and timely assistance truly elevated our experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations with excellent service, great views, and a very well-managed stay. Highly recommended — a well-deserved five-star review."

"Very nice place, but they could tone down the air freshener in the lobby area. Our room was wonderful, with a city view. Very clean. Great shower, and plush towels. Frig in the room, but no coffee. Had to go downstairs to the lobby for coffee, and only served till 10 :(. Good location for nearby shopping and food."

"Hotel is a step above others, very nice rooms and staff. Rooms are spacious ( 2 queens) with comfortable beds and a sitting area. Bathrooms have plenty of room, two sinks, a tub and nice shower with hot water. Lobby and hotel bar are very nice with friendly staff. The valet parking is a special treat but well worth it. Nice Irish bar (Emerald Loop) is around the corner for food and drinks. Would be so fun in the summer with the river walk across the street. Beautiful view down the river."
