a month ago"I had an amazing experience at Royal Sonesta River North. The staff was extremely friendly and they are available over text if you need anything or have questions, which is super convenient. We stayed in a room with a jetted bath tub which was super cool! The room was also super spacious and we had plenty of room. The view was okay, nothing crazy, but great location! Would definitely stay here again"

4 months ago"A time was definitely had! My fiancé and I just spent 4 days/3 nights here for his birthday and everything was great! Location great! Room great! Service great! I wanted the best so I upgraded last minute and it was not a problem! That beautiful jacuzzi blew our minds! Staff was always polite and welcoming! Thanks for a perfect getaway!"

3 months ago"I did expect a bit more from the hotel because of the price but I know the location is the reason it’s so expensive. Front desk was fine! The walls were thin though so you could definitely hear your neighbors, also the room next to us had a sink issue so after lunch whe. We got back there were a few people in our room working to see if our sink was clogged. Just wish I got a little bit of a heads up because getting to our room and seeing the door wide open was startling. Definitely don’t think this should be considered a luxury hotel though."
