3 weeks ago"My last stay at The St. Regis Chicago was disappointing, so I was hesitant to return. This time, though, it was perfect—thanks largely to Vince at the concierge desk. He took my feedback seriously and went all out to make everything exceptional. Most impressively, he secured a fantastic last-minute restaurant reservation at one of Chicago's top spots when I asked with almost no notice. The hotel delivered its signature luxury, and Vince's genuine care and expertise completely won me back as a customer. I'll be back—and I'll be asking for him! Highly recommend. Thank you, Vince!"

Our room was immaculate, spacious with a lovely view. Breakfast at Miru delicious, again with fantastic service and amazing views of the city. Can't wait to return! Highly recommend."

a month ago"My stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful during check in and informed us about the champagne ceremony, which we don’t miss! The hotel has a great lake facing location. The gym is open 24 hours, but the pool is only available until the evening and isn’t heated enough. There is also a gender specific sauna in the locker/shower rooms, which means it can’t be enjoyed as a family. The spa is located on the same floor, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to experience it during this visit."

They offer valet service and have two restaurants one is Japanese and the other Italian. Both are very good and have nice bar set ups. Breakfast in the morning is in Miru on the 10th floor. My room looked out onto the Navy Pier and the Lake - was an excellent experience and stay..."

The location is excellent—tucked away on a quiet, almost dead-end street by the river, which means minimal traffic and a welcome sense of calm. Most major attractions are within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The hotel also offers an in-house car for nearby drop-offs, which is a thoughtful and convenient touch. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and well appointed with excellent amenities. Our suite, in particular, offered wonderful views, which made the stay feel even more special. The hotel facilities are also a standout. The gym is well equipped, the indoor swimming pool is a pleasure to unwind in, and the gender-designated saunas add an extra layer of comfort and relaxation. There were a couple of minor hiccups. The room type we originally booked wasn’t available upon arrival, and we waited until close to 5 p.m. to be informed. That said, the team handled it graciously by upgrading us, as we had booked a high-floor room. On two evenings, we also needed to call to request turndown service. Butler service was consistently excellent—our morning coffee arrived right on cue each day, just as expected. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and one I would happily repeat in the future."
