The Sun Rose West Hollywood

"We had a great stay at the Sun Rose Hotel in West Hollywood. The service was genuinely sweet across from the valet to the bartenders, everyone made us feel really welcomed. There was one staff member at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name I’m writing this about two weeks after our stay). He wore glasses and had this funny but serious personality, and he was honestly such a sweetheart. We had some issues with our card and he handled everything so kindly and professionally. He even upgraded our room to one with a better view nothing over the top, but very appreciated and thoughtful. The bar deserves a special mention the drinks were delicious. One of the best lemon drops I’ve had in a long time. I do wish I had tried the pool it was on the smaller side but heated and it looked really inviting."

"I travel to West Hollywood regularly for work and decided to try the Sun Rose on this trip - we’re so glad we did. The hotel is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details, great art, and a warm, modern aesthetic. What truly sets the Sun Rose apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We initially had a concern about the view from our room, and Dee was wonderfully helpful and understanding. He connected us with Amanda at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our longer stay. The team's fast communication, friendly energy, and overall professionalism made a huge difference— truly exceptional. The housekeeping team was fantastic as well—our room was spotless every day, and they were always friendly and accommodating. We left feeling incredibly well taken care of and will absolutely return on future trips to WeHo. Highly recommend!"

"From start to finish, the service at this hotel was next-level and truly impeccable. The team went out of their way to make us feel genuinely special. The decor is beautiful, the amenities are state-of-the-art, and THE BED was unbelievably comfortable. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the service. We had a late flight, and they not only arranged a late check out but also stored our luggage so we could enjoy Runyon for sunset. On top of that, they let us use the spa facilities to freshen up and shower before our flight. Honestly, I’ve never experienced service this thoughtful and attentive, it was absolutely the best I’ve ever received."

She was incredibly thoughtful from the start and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Adrienne helped us book the private screening room, coordinate activities, and made great suggestions that truly tailored the experience to our celebration. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning easy and enjoyable — truly exceptional service. We can’t wait to return!"

"Had an amazing two-week stay and am sad to be leaving—especially since my daughter is staying on for another two weeks and I’m very envious! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the rooftop pool is fantastic with plenty of comfy loungers. The staff were always friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to Adrienne for going above and beyond. After staying in hotels all over the world, this is one of the best.
