I stayed there for two weeks in January 2026 while apartment hunting. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you to Heather, Terry, Davy(sp?) and the outstanding staff for making my stay so enjoyable! I highly recommend them!"

Originally, I was scheduled to stay at one of their other locations but it didn’t have an elevator. I called when I landed in St Louis & Heather found me an alternative upgrade at the Westend. There was no problem too big or too small for the staff. When I first walked in I could smell the “clean fresh”! Parking was covered & safe. The layout is so warm & welcoming. The common area is huge boasting 2 kitchens, lounging space, a well lit outdoor patio and even a play space for the children. I was home for a funeral & the space for the repass suddenly became “unavailable”. My family was welcomed at The Westend!!! I needed to print a document & it was done when I needed it! I will stay here every time I visit St Louis. The 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with a full kitchen was just what I needed."

in the last week"This is a lovely place to stay. I was visiting friends of mine from high school who live 4 blocks away, it was my first time there. I was pleased with the kindness of the reception, namely Heather. I am used to hotels in big cities like Amsterdam... this was a refreshing change. Thanks so much! ps (It wouldn't hurt to paint the walls orange or red.:)"

When I tell you this was THE PERFECT place to gather during a difficult time, l'm not exaggerating. Aside from the hotel rooms, West End offers communal areas such as two full kitchens, two living rooms (one with a TV), and a large eating area along with a basic fitness room and bathroom facilities. We felt like we were at home. We took advantage of these areas which accommodated our large group so well. In fact, when we had to return to St. Louis for a second time, we did not hesitate to book another round of rooms. The rooms were clean with comfy beds, extra bedding, a mini fridge, a microwave, a smart TV, a Keurig with all the fixings for a couple of coffee/tea brews, two water bottles, and even microwavable popcorn. Yet, with all the amenities in the room, we preferred and enjoyed the open space of the communal areas. It was a nice place to meet travelers passing through and sharing stories and leftovers. Adam, if you and your proud momma are reading this, we wish you much success in your soccer ventures and may you get accepted into the college of your choice! Go SLU! Additionally, this hotel is at a great location because there is a 24-hour Walgreens across the street and a mini mall around the corner which includes a full scale supermarket. It was so easy to purchase groceries and cook our meals at the kitchen. We truly felt comforted and at home. Plus you can get free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24 hours a day and can store your bulky food items in their full-sized refrigerators. And, there's fresh fruits on the weekends! Another perk is a washer and dryer, for a fee, but the front desk will provide free detergent pods and fabric clings. There is also private parking for a fee. The staff was absolutely lovely. They were so friendly and accommodating, and quick to address any matter. They were also very sympathetic to our situation and made us feel welcomed and special. Heather - a special thanks to you and your staff for making our stay a home away from home. You're the best. When we return to the West End (and we will) under better circumstances, we will take advantage of its location and visit the nearby zoo, museums, galleries, and cathedral."

The staff, Heather, Devi and Terry were amazing and so accommodating. Every day Devi would ask, how’s your friend. I checked out on a Monday and had to check right back in on Friday. There’s a lounge area where we were able to enjoy each other’s company and reminisce. They also have 2 full kitchens where we were able to cook our meals. The supermarket is only 600 feet away. The West End was a home away from home."
