The Westin St. Louis

"We had such a wonderful experience at the Westin in downtown St. Louis. When we arrived, our room was set much too hot, and the engineer, Marcus, came up immediately. He fixed the issue right away and took the time to explain what had happened, which we really appreciated. At the front desk, Brittany and Lexie truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and helpful — even reaching into their own stash to help us out when we realized we had forgotten something. That level of care is rare and meant a lot. The valet, Dwayne, was also outstanding. We forgot items in our car more than once, and each time he was patient, friendly, and gracious — always holding the door with a smile and never making us feel like a burden. As we were checking out, we were looking for coffee and lemonade, and Elijah, the host at the restaurant, went completely out of his way to get both for us and present them so nicely. It wasn’t something he had to do, but it made our morning. What stood out most was how consistently kind and friendly everyone was. My daughters even commented on it — and that’s not something we always notice at hotels. We will absolutely be back. Thank you to the entire Westin team for such a memorable stay."
