From the time we arrived and met Matthew at the front desk until we departed and Michael was so kind we were sad to leave, we knew this was going to be a great experience! The people are outstanding! Traveling as a family, we were constantly greeted by name, welcomed, engaged with and spoiled. Even the State & Lake restaurant (inside the hotel) was filled with cool ambiance, great food and awesome people (shoutout to Kate)! Location? In a word: unbeatable. CTA trains are literally outside the front door. Miracle Mile (Michigan Ave.) shopping is a 10 minute walk in one direction, with Millennium Park area a 5 minute walk in the other. Perfect location!! Facility is modern, chic and spotless. Rooms are stunning, well stocked (even an Alexa) and flawless. The views from the rooms are enough to make you sit and look out of the window for hours. Beautiful. It IS a large city, so security was important. There was always a contingent of “larger” employees in the lobby that gave us a feeling of safety. Sometimes- like New Year’s Eve- they were armed with metal detectors etc, but you want to feel safe with your family in a large city and they definitely made us feel protected. Even a small issue during our stay was quickly and professional handled by the very impressive General Manager of the property. We travel a lot. We’re Hilton Honors members, and our loyalty was recognized and rewarded. We know hotels and this is an excellent one. Really a gem in the Hilton crown and we will return. Book here, you will not be disappointed!"

The room we had was on the 24th floor and was just beautiful. A bar downstairs, a club on the top level and two lovely restaurants. They also give you a $25 credit for breakfast, drinks or dinner. Look the host was professional from the valley parking and the front desk service were 5 stars. I felt safe knowing that this hotel goes beyond the call of duty. I will definitely be back knowing that they care about the customer experience while visiting Chicago."

While we always appreciate a great layout and location, exceptional service is what truly sets a property apart—and this hotel delivered on every level. A special thank you to Beatriz at the front desk for her warm welcome and for offering us a Diamond upgrade. It was my boyfriend’s first time in Chicago, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a room with a beautiful view. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Beatriz!!!—we absolutely loved the room and truly appreciate the kindness you showed us. The upgraded room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We had plenty of room to relax, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the layout made everything feel open and inviting. The view was absolutely spectacular—one of those scenes you can’t help but stop and admire every time you walk past the window. We also had the chance to dine at the restaurant downstairs, where the service was just as impressive. Our waiter recommended delicious chef specials and took wonderful care of us. We will definitely be staying here again!"

The design is trendy with a lively atmosphere, especially at the rooftop bar, which offers great views of the skyline. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though some could use minor updates for the price range. Service is generally good, but during busy weekends, check-in and elevators can be a bit slow. It’s a solid choice if you want to stay in a central, vibrant area and don’t mind a bit of city noise. Not the most luxurious Hilton property, but still a fun and comfortable stay for a weekend in Chicago."
