"First positive was the peaceful, panoramic view. Second positive was the extraordinary kindness of staff (in particular, the GM Christopher Bertram), who located an item we left behind ... persisted through a week of long telephone tag ... until we connected and Mr. Bertram voluntarily packed and mailed our item ... and would only let us compensate him for shipping charge. Third positive was the room decor and cleanliness. Hope the best for staff of this Lodge."

"I loved the location and views, gave it 4 stars because it is in the process on being updated, upgraded, we did not have access to the pool at the time. The staff and new manager are very nice. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and chatting with other travelers. I plan to return to stay at this location when we come back to visit the area!"
