If traveling with a service animal there's a pet fee, $50 which i felt was reasonable. Their pet waiver goes against ADA compliance and service dog was denied access to the dining room. We were able to have her at the seats closest to the front door that was technically lobby, which worked for us but may present a difficulty for others. Edited to add response to manager response: I had no expectation of any further discussion or refund. The manager makes a great apology and an unexpected "correction", while pointing out how to better allow the hotel to know and accommodate in the future. The manager action and response is more than satisfactory. It was late after a long day at check in and had no reason to think a pet fee wouldn't apply, may not have read the pet waiver well enough, I did sign it, and at entry, and morning walk our dog was "off duty" without any signage or marking. First time with this extent of trip with service animal and I'm, agreeably, partly the cause of the issue experienced. I changed overall stars from 4 to 5, and while I added this edit, I have not knowingly changed my original portion of review."

Next morning coffee was hot and ready. I didnt take advantage of breakfast but grabbed a banana for the road. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Everything I needed to get me rested and back on the road."

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was surprisingly good. Most staff were warm and helpful, which made our stay feel safe and welcoming. That said, we had two interactions with one front desk employee that left my daughter feeling discouraged. She’s a teen learning to speak up for herself, and both times, once to replace a broken remote and once when buying a snack, she was met with suspicion and treated more like a problem than a guest. It wasn’t a huge scene, but it made an impact. We know people have bad days, but I share this in hopes that all guests, especially young ones, are treated with the same kindness we experienced from the rest of the team. Thank you for a mostly wonderful stay."
