"Great place for temporary or long term efficiency - 2 bedroom, quiet, apartment living. Furnished, 24 hour free use of washers and dryers, once a week *no charge* apartment cleaning, free monthly pest control,, free coffee 24 hours a day, free utilities/cable/wifi, beverage and snack vending machines, ice machine, and off street parking. Not to mention the staff is phenomenal and caring. Enjoyed my stay from November - April, sad to go but as they say "all good things must come to an end". I will always consider these folks for any future housing needs. Thank you to all at Tranquilla for making an out of stater feel at home."

"I have NEVER lived at a place that has so many amenities for a reasonable price. I spoke to the owner and she said she wanted to provide a place to live for other people that she would want for herself. (By the way, she does live here). The staff Is wonderful! They make you feel like you don't have to do anything but live your life. They provide everything down to the silverware, pots and pans and even a nuwave hot plate. I have no intention of leaving here for a long time. I love it here! I have now lived her for 7 mo. The owner's here have literally saved my life. I sunk into a severe depression and the owner's noticed and have loved and supported me out of the depression. They are so amazing."

"I have the only 2 bedroom on site, and while I pay considerably more, I feel like the owner and head of maintenance make sure that they accommodate any needs I bring to there attention all the more urgently. During my extended stay here I have befriended Brad and Karen and do what I can to offer my professional expertise when available and try to keep this a place worth staying for the next tenant."

"Absolutely incredible place. Super deal...GREAT LOCATION..REALLY COOL APARTMENTS..all the extras including laundry, maid service..free coffee bar..bar-b-que grills-you name it ! And- the entire staff goes out of their way to make your stay PERFECT. BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK IN SANTA FE...or ANY resort city...ANYWHERE. My friend in Santa Fe- who has only lived in the most expensive areas in L.A .told me...IN L.A.FOR THE SAME QUALITY AND LOCATION-YOU WOULD PAY FOUR TIMES AS MUCH! N"

"Tranquilla Inn is a nice place to live.Free cable,wifi,laundry,coffee and maid service. It's close to sonic drive Inn.Also close to Albertsons. The management and owner are great people! The cost of rent is 750.00 a month. No yearly lease.It's month to month.I would recommend it to a couple without children. Richard Salmi"
