I appreciated with small flower gardens on the property. If I'm in the area, I would have no problem staying there again. I wish there was a clock in the room, but this certainly wasn't a deal breaker."

The room we had was the "premium" room which came with the mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer and what I would consider upgraded fixtures and more than the basic satellite TV package. The a/c unit worked like a charm and there was never any issue with running out of hot water at any time. The room was always super clean and freshly stocked with new towels and bathroom amenities. The service was great. Any interaction with the staff was pleasant and quick. For those worried about security/safety, the motel is neatly built so there is only one entrance/exit. Spotlights light up the enclosed parking lot at night and the windows are all facing the parking lot. It may provide an additional sense of security to those worried about the location. I've read many reviews saying this is located in a bad part of town with "thugs" and drug dealers. I did not find that to be the case. Many people were walking on the streets and there were cars lined on both sides of the streets in the neighborhoods. I come from a smaller town and just assumed that was normal for the amount of people crammed into this gigantic city. I didn't find there to be any risk or safety concerns while we were out and about. The only issue we had was the stiffness of the bed and the size of the room being on the small side. This made it interesting when trying to get our toddler down for bed. We expected a bit larger room for the price but other than that the motel was great. Overall, this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again should we return to this area for a visit."
