2 months ago"11/23-26, 2025 $77 per night (all in). For the price & location, this is GREAT value! Location is safe, just be smart late night and don't get drunk, you risk getting taken advantage of...not an unsafe area, just be alert. There's a BUNCH of universities in the block, so security is everywhere (physical and cameras). It's 1km east from a red line subway stop, so that's convenient. King room is perfect for singles, couples must be able to accomodate the fact it's "smallish" for a king bedroom; not TIGHT, just small if you both have lots of stuff & usually have your own work desk (there's only one). Bath is only for one person at a time, unless that person is in the shower, then someone else can use the toilet. STAFF HERE ARE EXCELLENT. Especially Maria, who was awesome.
