In particular, I would like to highly commend Ms. Safirah at the reception for her exceptional help. On January 22nd, I was in a very stressful situation. I had purchased NBA tickets through Ticketmaster, but I hadn't received them even though the game was starting in just three hours. As this was my family’s first visit to the United States and I was not fully confident in my English, I was feeling quite overwhelmed and turned to the front desk for help. Even though this was not a hotel-related issue, Ms. Safirah stepped in without any hesitation. She spent more than 10 minutes on the phone with the ticket office on my behalf. Throughout the long call, she remained incredibly patient, professional, and never lost her kind smile. Thanks to her dedicated support, I successfully received the tickets and was able to enjoy the game with my family. Her kindness didn’t just save our expensive tickets; it left a wonderful first impression of the U.S. and the Luskin Hotel for my entire family. a month ago"Due to my medical condition room service was great ajd the food was fantastic. Cheese cake my favorite. I had several UCLA doctor appointments. Using the shuttle was so nice and helped decrease any stress. The hotel shuttle me after hours. The staff are very polite and professional making my stay relaxing. Thank you"

4 months ago"The location is awesome - close to everything on campus and easy to access off campus. Staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are good sized with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. One really unique thing about this hotel is that they do not accept tips - not in the restaurant, not housekeeping, porters, - no tips. Even without tips staff maintain professional and attentive customer service. This was my second stay and will be staying here again."
