"We loved everything about this hotel. The showers were amazing (waterfall shower head along with a handheld shower attachment), the beds were so comfortable, they had complimentary eye masks and ear plugs, there is a sound machine in the room, they even have a light switch for the whole room right beside the bed so you don't have to walk in the dark to your bed. They have 2 Xbox in the game room. I think they have thought of everything. They also have phenomenal hot chocolate in the lobby. Everything was clean and so nice. We will be back!"

"We had a great stay! Clean and comfortable! Loved the room! We had dinner at the Burger Bar - very good! We had an early flight so we missed breakfast, but I bet it was amazing.Thank you to Cody for your excellant service! We will definitely stay here again."

"Ample breakfast with bagels, French toast-stix, and my favorite the lightly seasoned potatoes to go with my eggs & sausage. Room thermostat easy to operate and I had a very comfortable bed, the mattress seemed like memory foam but firmer. This was a really hot part of the summer so the bare floors felt good, not ultra-hard on the feet or such like I'd read ahead that rooms aren't carpeted. I think it ensures a room can be cleaned well and less chance of bedbugs or germs. First visit here, the decor wasn't over-the-top but still interesting to me. Forgot to add: the orange juice for breakfast, tasted really good for some reason. Every day I was there, so it wasn't a fluke... I liked the convenience of the ground floor coffee station but also finding a Dunkin Donuts just around the corner. Finally I have to thank Ramona and Seth for their hospitality and good humor!"

"This is by far one of the best hotels my fiancé and I have stayed at. The atmosphere was great, the price wasn’t too high, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Crystal was great with getting us checked in. The room we had (a very comfy single queen sized bed) was a little on the smaller side, but still had plenty of room for us. There is some noise from the city traffic but that is expected when you stay at a hotel that is near the heart of the city. Oh and let’s not forget to mention the breakfast was better than most other hotel breakfasts. I will definitely be revisiting in the near future."

"Very good clean modern hotel. Complimentary buffet breakfast, pod coffee machine in your room, as well as a communal coffee machine on the ground floor by the elevators. HyVee and various fast food chains, small stores within walking distance. I would stay here again when visiting Springfield, although I prefer the Roundtree area. Recommended."
