"We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we checked in, everything felt thoughtful and elevated. The gentleman who checked us in was phenomenal and so welcoming. We were even given a small welcome treat, which was such a nice touch and immediately set the tone for our stay. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. One of our favorite things was the water setup. Instead of charging for bottled water like many hotels do, they provide cups, a water pitcher, and convenient water refill stations throughout the hotel. That alone felt like a huge bonus. The bathroom was another standout. They offer real hand soap and lotion instead of cheap bar soap, and the body wash and shampoo/conditioner soap smelled amazing and I believe it was all natural. It truly added to the luxury feel of the stay. The snack area was fully stocked, and they also have a cafe where you can order food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We made multiple trips there and put it on the room, we thought we spent around $100-$150 but only spent $56 dollars total over three days once we got our bill, which was impressive for how many snacks we purchased. Overall, this hotel delivers a luxury experience through its cleanliness, amenities, and exceptional customer service. We did not get a chance to try the breakfast, bar, or dinner spot this time, but we will definitely be staying again and plan to try them on our next visit. The only small thing to note is that getting to the room can involve a bit of walking and can be slightly tricky to navigate, but everything else was truly a ten out of ten experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale stay."

"We had a nice stay over New Year's Eve. The beds were very comfortable. The decor in the room created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It was pretty busy due to the holiday, but the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Because of our IHG status, we were proactively upgraded to a room on a higher floor. The view was great. Be advised, however, that there isn't street parking in the area. The closest parking structure is around $61/night, so plan accordingly."

"Showed up as a Diamond Elite member, I don't know if that's why I got the corner suite, but I absolutely loved the suite. Beautiful view of the city skyline and the river. Only problem was the fact that this hotel is in the Holiday Inn chain and it doesn't come with complimentary breakfast, it's $27 for Buffett and table service breakfast. Also, the hotel staff directs you to a parking lot that you can assign to your room, but I paid $120 to park for 2 days."

"Great place to stay if you want to avoid a little of the busy ness of the city. Very easy to get in and out of this location. Hotel staff were above average. Very helpful, friendly and polite. First time in awhile someone recognized IHG rewards status and went out of their way to be accommodating and extra friendly. Hotel has a nice pool, however it was a bit chilly for us. Breakfast, staff and restaurant area were all well above average for a hotel of this class. One nitpick for breakfast, no sanitizer for the buffet. You'd think post-Covid this is something that would have stuck, especially at a medium-end hotel, sanitizer and additional cleanliness measures for food service areas."
