W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills

"My wife Kristy and I have spent many nights in various rooms and suites on our visits to West Beverly Hills (while also having spent many nights at top notch hotels around the world). We have never found anything to be lacking at the W. What stands out is the personnel. From Valet Parking to House Cleaning, and Reception, ... to Management - the hotel has somehow managed to employ a staff that truly takes pride in their craft in the hospitality industry. No matter what's going on, they are all, to a person, very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. And it's not the cold, scripted, performative kindness - it is clearly genuinely felt and delivered. The kind of experience they create is what has made every stay enjoyable, memorable and left us looking forward to the next visit."

"Made a 1 night reservation for 23DEC. 2025 through the AMEX Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) Benefits and I gotta say, I’ll be back. My Marriott Plat Elite benefits stacked with the FHR Benefits. I had the $100 credit from FHR + $100 from Plat elite benefit. My valet parking fee waived (FHR) + Early check in (1pm) and 4pm check out offered. Room upgraded automatically to a suite. Very spacious room where it had a spacious living room with big sofas and tv. Family of 4: 2 kids (1 and 2 year old). Given a crib upon request for free. Gift amenity given kettlecorn popcorn and water. Only cons, were the in-room dinning, the food were “Meh”, a bit pricey and mostly like finger foods (no pictures of menu), so over ordered. Bathroom, with great water pressure and hot water."

"We love staying at the W. It’s our go-to when coming to LA. It’s very luxurious and the rooms are so quiet and comfortable! The Marriott platinum benefits are very nice - next time we’ll stack them on top of Amex platinum FHR booking (we didn’t know about that but we’re still very happy). The destination fee seems a bit high but not if you take advantage of all the benefits. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I had a very good stay at this hotel. They have generous upgrade and check-in options compared to many other places. My flight arrived early and I was able to check in around 11am. Priscilla at the front desk was kind and had my room ready right away—at most hotels, you’d be asked to wait until noon or later, so I really appreciated that flexibility. The rooms are a bit dated, though it looks like they’ve been freshly painted. Overall, they were clean and comfortable. What stood out more than anything was the friendliness and willingness to help from the staff. Lynn and Gabby at the front desk were wonderful during my checkout—pleasant, professional, and eager to assist. DJ and the other folks in concierge team were equally welcoming and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. While the property itself could use some updates, the people here make a real difference. Their warm service makes this hotel a place I’d recommend."

"This is one of the best stays I ever had, Though expensive but it worth every cent. I 've been there for more than 20 days and tried two different types of rooms. The queen studio and the king room. The staff all around are great and so friendly and made our entire stay as home. This is a safe place, front desk there for you 24/7 and honestly everyone I didn't try the food but had some drinks beside the pool but didn't have a swim but it looked fantastic and busy in summer days. I wouldn't recommend a room infront the elevator(the x00) as it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers but the rest is great. Thanks for all the staff and specially the smiling ones at the reception, you made it feel like home."
