The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was attentive and professional from start to finish. Although there was a minor hiccup during the stay, the hotel’s service was impeccable, and all of my concerns were handled promptly and professionally. The location is ideal, providing both convenience and a refined, quiet atmosphere. A classic Waldorf Astoria experience that truly delivers — I would be happy to stay here again."

Every interaction was warm, genuine, and marked by a level of care that went above and beyond. At the rooftop, I received sincerely elegant service from Harmony, whose recommendations were impeccable, and from Yuseph, who took the time to introduce himself and learn about my stay and my story. Their hospitality elevated my visit in a way I won’t forget. Book with confidence knowing this is far more than just a hotel stay, it’s a curated experience built on thoughtful service and exceptional people. I can’t wait for the opportunity to return. This is a stay I’ll genuinely remember forever."

The atmosphere of the hotel was perfectly curated for a modest, comfortable, yet special feeling environment. In addition, the breakfast food was higher quality than many other hotels we have stayed at."

I booked a same day stay and when I came in I was offered an upgrade to a Jr Suite as a Diamond member y'all. My room wasn't ready so Jenifer in the front desk offered to hold my bags while I sat in the rooftop hot tub! She was so amazing and I got to learn about her roots. Very attentive and so sweet. When I got to the rooftop I was greeted by Mimi who was the pool attendant offering me drinks, lifting my spirits and it was so pleasant seeing a smiling face before I relaxed in the pool. Eventually I was done with the pool and my room was ready and y'all. It was ASTOUNDING! LARGE! CLEAN! FIT FOR A KING! The balcony, the larger than life closet, huge bathroom. My god I want to go back. Afterwards I took a shower and made my way up to the rooftop restaraunt and me and my waiter Nick designed a little 5 course meal and the flavors were just screaming at me louder and louder after every dish . My dishes were served one after another without me speaking a word. After eating like a king, it was time to sleep like a king and literally the bed sheets y'all, SOFTNESS at its peak. I thought Marriott had good beds but the Waldorf Astoria is doing their thang! Definitely planning to come back next time I'm in LA!"

The Rooftop bar was a highlight and all the drinks and food were delicious. The only detractor is that our room got a bit warm in the middle of the night. This was likely an isolated incident since I haven't seen other reviews mentioning this. With that being said I would stay here again, and highly recommend it."
