"Stayed in a Queen room. Loved it! Very clean. Spacious for a historic hotel room. Enjoyed the photos in the hall depicting early Flagstaff. Having traveled by train, I appreciate the close proximity to the train station. However, that is not for everyone if quiet is your desire. Love the Weatherford!"

"Had a great time being served while I stayed here with Jackson! He seemed new but really competent and super kind. Got to meet Shanna who managed bar stuff and she was great as well. Was super pleased with them! Location is fine for flagstaff. Could use some better parking but it’s flag and it’s fine. Those two made it worth it though! Super cool folks and great at what they do"

"Bailey, who took our reservation on the phone, was so friendly it was palpable. She offered great advice on things to explore in the hotel until we could check in. Every time we passed her interacting with other guests she was offering the same warmth and guidance. The next day we got the warmest “Good Morning” and she even pointed out the option to add local honey to our coffee. Emily directed us during check-in with joyful enthusiasm with every detail including, looking at the security footage to tell us when a parking spot came open, describing the vibe of the 3 on-site bars to enjoy complimentary drinks and explained directions to our room effectively. Zack the bartender in the Zane Grey ballroom was a delight. Clearly committed to good service, he trotted the flights of stairs to get the “better” hot water for my Hot Toddy, also being friendly and attentive to our questions, other guests, directed folks that were setting up a wedding while managing the doors/ windows during an exciting autumn monsoon. Later we witnessed him professionally handle a couple inebriated guests gingerly, sending them peacefully along with sodas instead of their asked for cocktails. Live music in Charley’s Bar and late Karaoke in the Gopher Hole kept us entertained with loud festive cheer. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We will be telling our friends about this stay with fondness."

"We loved staying at this very old, historic hotel, perfectly located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff! The rooms are dated and basic, but classic. The hotel has three bars and all were fun in their unique way. We heard noise might be an issue, but it was not at all, for us. The parking was also supposed to be an issue, but we had no problem parking on site as well. It was so convenient and we really enjoyed chatting with the front desk staff, especially Bailey! There are so many places to shop and eat and drink close by. Next time, we need to stay for more than one night! VictorB"
