"My guy and I absolutely love this location (Romeoville) and the staff. Darius the hotel manager & GiGi the front desk attendant, they make hotel life/living wonderful!! Especially after leaving the Merrillville location. We lived there for a year and the difference is absolutely night & day. We feel safe, rooms are clean, hotel is quiet when it should be, and the police isn’t there every night. Romeoville rocks!! There are no superhero’s creating unnecessary stresses, just staff members doing what’s necessary and doing it with a spirit of excellence. I appreciate their efforts with maintaining the hotel. Keep it up, we thank you😊"

"I always have a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big reason is the amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, making each stay a pleasure. I want to especially commend Gigi. On my recent visit, I managed to lock myself out of my room not once, but twice! Gigi was so patient and helpful each time, getting me back into my room quickly and with a smile. Her exceptional service really turned a potentially frustrating situation into a minor hiccup. Thanks to Gigi and the entire team for consistently providing top-notch service! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."

"Had an issue at checkin where the total wasn't entered correctly and my card was charged an extra $100. Gigi is awesome, I spoke with her about the issues that I had and she was immediately able to resolve them and her kindness and generosity definitely put me at ease about the whole situation. GiGi is the all-star at the Romeoville location and I will continue to do business with them as long as she's there. Darius was also very polite and helpful, besides my experience at check-in everything else was fantastic."
