"Really enjoyed my stay here. One of the biggest highlights was the walkability — easy access to nearby trails and a bus stop that goes straight downtown, which made getting around super convenient without needing to drive. The campground itself was fairly quiet and relaxing. There’s also a nice little dog park on site, which was a great bonus. Overall, a solid stay and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Our “room” was a premium camp spot. We would give this place a 10/10 and will absolutely be coming back! The bus stop that goes into town is a super short walk down RTE 66. The hook ups are accessible and clean, campgrounds are clean and quiet but we weren’t reprimanded for playing any outdoor games with our large group. The grill station has multiple options (charcoal, propane, flat top, traeger) and there’s a playground we’d use if we had kids! Dog park is a great addition but overall the location and grounds are unbearable. Can’t forget to mention that the staff was tremendously helpful and took extra care in putting our whole group together!"

"Arrived late, they left our check in information at the office clipped up on the board. Was really dark so hard to see, but the map was very detailed and the spots are big! It was crispy cold on our stay but very peaceful throughout the night. Such a beautiful campground once we saw it in the light. Surrounded by trees and very clean campground."

"We are in the middle of a cross-country road trip (we are from northeast Ohio)- Woody Mountain Campground is by far the best campground we have stayed at. The beautiful pines provide comfortable shade and the location is perfect (about an hour to Grand Canyon and about an hour to Sedona). We loved the little store and enjoyed delicious specialty coffees while we were there. After a mishap with our truck that resulted in us needing to stay a couple extra nights the owners were extremely helpful and understanding. We plan to return when we are on this side of the country in the future! What a special place! ❤️"
