"The customer service was outstanding. Friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The valet staff were great, we had car issues and it made things a little more challenging. They had a great, helpful attitude throughout it all. Even though the hotel is dated some, we all enjoyed our stay and plan to go back. The lobby is beautiful with the lighting accents and water and plant decor."

"Rooms need a little work, but very clean & aesthetically relaxing. Everyone working at Wyndham is very kind. We especially appreciated assistance we received from Marvion & Terrance at valet parking. They took their time to offer directions to a dining establishment we wanted to find. They also gave us key info. so we would be able to pickup our car for 5am surgery check-in!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"

"Stayed at the Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown and overall had a great experience. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy downtown. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but they could definitely use some updating to match the rest of the hotel experience. Nothing terrible—just starting to show their age a bit. Overall, I’d stay here again for the service and location alone!"

"We stayed in a junior club level suite. We needed a pullout sofa for our son. The rooms are huge—a separate living room with the pullout and a door that can be closed into the bedroom. Comfy long bed. There are two bathrooms—half bath in the living space and another large bathroom with a tub and shower in the bedroom. Bar set up with sink, fridge and microwave in the living space. Great view of Paycom and a little balcony you can step out and take it all in. The carpet has seen better days, but everything was clean. Great service from the valet all the way up to housekeeping. We were just there for one night for a Thunder game. A quick walk to Paycom—about 7 minutes away."
