They showed me around, showed me the best places to set up since we have young kids and older people with mobility issues. Let me know that if we got here early and they weren't here yet to go ahead and set up and they would stop by to settle up later. We had such a great time playing in the water and having family time. I cannot say enough good about the place."

Our site was beautiful with constant shade on sunny days. My 6am walk through the campground was very peaceful and lots of nature to see! However, this campground is NOT kid friendly. With the creek right there and hundreds of people coming in all day long, on both sides of the creek, the peace quickly disappears. All of them drinking. It's all good until people start fighting. It's just not a safe environment for kids. Now, for the 1 shower room in the entire place. I realize keeping public places clean with 200 people running in and out all day is difficult. The door has a code, but it may as well not have one, because EVERYONE has it. We saw them clean it, so we know it gets cleaned, but I can't get past the pubes all over the walls and wads of hair on the floors and drains. It's a really nice place if you are a party person and enjoy drinking and partying. Just not very kid friendly as the evening approaches 🤣. We tried it. It's a beautiful spot with awesome campsites. If we loved to drink and didn't have to use the showers, then it would be better."
