The rooms and the lobby are beautiful, really well decorated and appointed, and not like those modern white boxes you get these days. Had a great sleep. Again breakfast was much better than most hotels with their packaged food. Fresh omelette made to order from friendly staff!! Would highly recommend"

When we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming despite working the night shift. His positive energy and helpful local recommendations made our stay even better. Franky is truly an asset to the Best Western brand. The room was clean, bed was really comfortable and breakfast was on point!"

In the morning, Crystal was attentive and made wonderful eggs for breakfast. The room and furniture throughout was unique in the best way possible. And the price was great! Highly recommend staying here. If we ever come through the area again we plan to stay here."

It is conveniently located right off I-40 in a peaceful little town. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast where we were served scrambled eggs made to order! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return when traveling on I-40."

I'm going to be honest about the room though, and it's gonna be harsh, but the room issues could be fixed if they wanted to. The room itself was huge, like legitimately the size of an apartment, and if it was clean could have been absolutely amazing, but like I said...I'm going to be honest and harsh because that's where the good part of the room ends. Our room was very clearly not cleaned, and it wasn't subtle. There was spaghetti sauce or something left on the foot rest and they clearly hadn't been wiped down in a significant time, the silverware was put away dirty...like chunky dirty, and the Keurig water reservoir was moldy. The bed sheets may or may not have been fresh either, but in the spirit of fairness, I can't say for certain. They were all wrinkly which means they were either dirty or not folded properly after a wash, but they were not marred or actually dirty so they were probably clean. To contrast the room, however, the grounds of the hotel are wonderful! There was a bonkers amount of good parking in the rear, the building looks like a luxury retreat almost with some stone buildings and facades, and it has easy access from multiple directions. I was easily able to park my 35 foot moving truck and cause no hindrance to anybody. The lobby is absolutely immaculate with cozy decorations, a bar with some TVs, and plenty of seating, too! Breakfast was great, they had someone there cooking eggs for people, fried potatoes, meat, yogurt, cereal, bread, bagels, waffles, juice, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, and probably more that I'm forgetting. They have onsite laundry as well but the dryer was out of commission during my stay, however when I asked the front desk about local area laundry they actually offered to wash my laundry and dry it for me which I was very much not expecting - I didn't take them up on it, but it was a generous offer. The guy working at the front was super friendly too, I didn't get his name but he gave some recommendations for local places to go and all of it was in walking distance. He was honestly the highlight of our stay. Long story short, if the room was clean this would have been the best hotel I stayed at in my 5 day trip across the country - between the staff, the breakfast, the atmosphere, the parking, and proximity to other stuff this was genuinely good. In fact we didn't even complain about the room cuz as a whole the experience was good otherwise. Highly recommend this place with the caveat of seeing the room first - if you can do that and confirm it's clean this place is a great option"
