"Very interesting history! You can see bullet holes in the exterior stone walls. You aren't able to go inside but take time to go to the museum nearby to see memorabilia that was left behind inside the apartment when Bonnie and Clyde fled the scene. I don't idolize them but this is part of the history of the area."

They were here for nearly two weeks in 1933, resting and planning. It ended in a violent shootout where two police officers were killed. In the quick escape, the crime due left behind personal belongings, including a camera with undeveloped film that later provided iconic images of Bonnie and Clyde. The apartment was built around 1927 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Yes, it's a real place and real people live here so be respectful of the private property. Still, you can walk around the front of the exterior."

"I drove by this Apartment, I didn't get out of my car. I read the sign. Bonnie and Clyde were not good people, but some how it gave a vibe that is hard to explain. I would love to rent it for a night. The movie kinda glamorized them, which makes people feel like they were some how favorable."
