"Great diner spot on old route 66. They make some of my favorite burgers I've had. The Brian burger and Hot Pattie Grilled on Rye being my favorites standard from the menu. I've always had good interactions and service from the staff. They keep my ice tea filled and check in regularly. If I need something, I just ask, and they get it for me. I love the diner experience; eating at the counter and watching the cooks cook the food on the flattop in front of everyone. It's cool to see so such a mix of locals, workers and travelers come in to eat."

"A must stop. Co workers and I had breakfast while on a work trip. We got to talking with owner and her daughter, I was happy to hear the story of the place and that her daughter left her career to continue on the restaurant. Food was very good and the atmosphere was awesome!"

"From the moment I walked into this Emma Jean's, I knew it was something special. The smell of sizzling beef hit me first — smoky, savory, and irresistible. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between casual and fun: retro vibes, warm lighting, and just the right soundtrack humming in the background. I ordered their signature burger, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The patty was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to a flawless medium—still pink in the center, bursting with flavor. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without getting soggy. Toppings were fresh and thoughtfully balanced: crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, melted cheese, and a house-made sauce that tied it all together beautifully. Every bite felt like the perfect ratio of meat, bread, and flavor. The fries deserve their own mention — golden, crispy, and lightly salted, served piping hot. Even the dipping sauces were clearly made in-house, adding another layer of quality that sets this place apart. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. You can tell the staff really care about what they’re serving. Whether you’re a burger purist or someone who loves creative twists, this restaurant absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back — probably sooner than I should be."

"Been wanting to try this place but I was always passing by on Monday when they are closed. Finally got to go on a Sunday. Food is terrific. I got a Baldy Mesa (chili/cheese omelette) and my wife had the chicken fried steak. Very satisfying. It's very small (intimate?), but the service and atmosphere is top notch."

"This tiny diamond in the ruff is a great spot in Victorville. Small but great, food was good seating if your able to get a table your in luck. Best get there early. Definitely recommend a stop if your heading to or from Vegas off the 15fwy just off the road bout quarter mile if that. Gots some history value to it, if you love small family businesses and old school diners this one's the one you want to see. It's featured on guys diners, drive-in and dives."
