Springfield Police were professional and classy in their presence at the theater. Temperature, lighting, and volume were pleasant. Happy with the views (I was told by a regular patron "There is not a bad seat in the house") and Happy with the comfort of the seats. * the missing 5th star: During a 2 hour ballet, the single female restroom, (6 stalls, blowers, no papertowels) went from clean to a lack-of-care situation with pools of water on the floors (through the toilet areas to the sink areas, and the spaces between.)"
