Haviland Rest Area Eastbound and Arizona Welcome Center

"⭐️ Clean, Accessible, and Well Maintained Arizona Rest Stop 🌵 We stopped at the Haviland Rest Area (Eastbound) on our way from Arizona toward California and it was a great stop! The area is clean, well kept and easy to access, with spacious parking, working vending machines and clear signage about local attractions and Arizona landmarks. Restrooms were in excellent condition, modern and accessible, with automatic doors and bright, clean tiles. There are shaded picnic areas, water fountains, and plenty of walking space with desert views all around. There’s currently some construction nearby, but it doesn’t affect the normal operation of the rest area. Everything functions smoothly, and the atmosphere is calm and safe perfect for travelers crossing the Arizona California route. ✅ 24-hour open access ✅ Clean restrooms ✅ Wheelchair-friendly ✅ Great desert scenery Definitely one of the best-maintained rest stops in western Arizona simple, quiet, and exactly what travelers need before hitting the long stretch toward California. 🚗🌅"

"Super clean, felt safe enough I caught up on rest and even made myself lunch around noon the next day. The workers there were respectful and friendly. ( you know how sometimes they try to almost push you out of the rest stops or make you feel uncomfortable, not in this case.) Super great views too!"

"Very nice rest stop for in the middle of nowhere. Very clean inside and didn't smell bad. It was even air-conditioned! Good water pressure on the faucet and plenty of soap. Very nice and shaded picnic tables with effective wind breaks. There are vending machines as well."

"Had a great bathroom. Quiet.. had snacks and sodas. Had a lot of space and several benches and tables that were individually separated. Got a good night's sleep and woke up refreshed. Face it promotions approved"
